Post Production
We use professional video editing software to produce your final product. This software allows us to have many camera angles involved from your wedding day, and we can then choose the most appropriate camera angles to use on your final DVD or Blu-ray. We will also color correct and add contrast to your video. We have filmed in churches with stained glass windows that have cast a purple hue on the people and the bride's dress. We can, to a certain extent, correct this and pull out colors that can make a video look unnatural. We also will boost color slightly higher than what was recorded. This will provide your wedding video with a lot more vivid, vibrant colors. We will also run your final video product through a program that will reduce the graininess of the video. This step also inadvertently will make skin look a little smoother which is a major plus on your wedding day. The final DVD or Blu-ray that is given to the bride and groom will be on archive media. This type of archival disc, according to the manufacturer, will retain the data (your video) for up to 100 years*.

Bella Vita Videography is flexible and open to your ideas. When possible, we attend your ceremony rehearsals at no extra charge. We do this so we are prepared for your wedding day and to obtain the best shots possible. This also helps us become familiar with family and friends that are important to you so we can make sure we include them in the video of your special day. Bella Vita Videography is a family-run business. My three-person film crew is the same film crew used at every wedding. I believe that as the owner of the business, that it is of utmost importance that I attend and film every wedding that I book. This guarantees consistency and gives you the assurance that your wedding will be filmed with the same quality as the weddings that you view on my website.

We provide no-obligation appointments and no pressure. During our appointments we will show previous videos so you can understand our style and what you receive if you decide to utilize our services. We can show you several examples of previously filmed weddings so you can see the video quality in different environments. Equipment
We use two Sony AX2000 HD professional cameras that have low light capabilities of 1.5 lux at every ceremony and reception. We provide a third camera angle for your ceremony only using another Sony HD camera. Your reception will only be filmed with the two Sony AX2000 HD professional cameras. We also bring a still camera to capture some pictures of your wedding day for your DVD or Blu-ray menus and case covers. We use two professional Sony wireless microphones during your ceremony. One microphone is placed on the officiant during the ceremony to feed his/her voice into one of our cameras. The second professional microphone is placed on the groom during the ceremony to obtain the voices of the groom and the bride. Many receptions are usually dimly lit for a romantic atmosphere or if the reception is lit with lighting other than white light, we use on-camera light packs to help balance out the lighting.
